Established 1967, Copenhagen (Denmark), as a self-governing fund financed by the Danish government. Original title: Industrialiseringsfonden for Udviklingslandene (IFU) -- Industrialization Fund for Developing Countries -- Fonds pour l'industrialisation des pays en développement -- Fondo para la Industrialización de los Paises en Desarrollo. Current name adopted 2013. Comes under the umbrella of: G-XG7780 - Danish International Investment Funds.
Aims
Contribute to economic and social development in developing countries; enhance opportunities of Danish trade and industry in new emerging markets.
