Organized through Directorate-General XIII. Terminated 31 Dec 1994, when combined with: U-XF0557 - Strategic Programme for Innovation and Technology Transfer (SPRINT) to form: U-XK1567 - INNOVATION Programme.
Promote dissemination and utilization of results of scientific and technical research so as to help reinforce the competitiveness of European industry; give special consideration to needs of SMEs as regards technical information and support; promote a common infrastructure for computer communications.
