European Partners against Corruption (EPAC)
Set up 2004, as an independent, informal, non-political network of operational Police Oversight Bodies (POB) and operational Anti-Corruption Authorities (ACA) from E-XE2442 - European Commission (EC) Member States, and since 2009, also from Member States of D-XD0435 - Council of Europe (CE).
Contribute to prevention of, and fight against, corruption within Europe and beyond; provide a platform for dialogue, exchange of information and experiences on a practical and professional level; support development of common standards and best practices and promote instruments for improving anti-corruption measures; facilitate establishment and active maintenance of contact between members; offer a medium for practitioners to share experiences, identify opportunities and cooperate across national borders in developing common strategies and high professional standards.
