Founded by G-XG7316 - Department for International Development Cooperation and B-XB2183 - ILO, as Coordinating Committee of Asia-Pacific National Safety Councils. Subsequently referred to as Asian-Pacific Regional Network on Occupational Safety and Health, 1992. Constitution approved 7 Sep 1993, Jakarta (Indonesia); amended 23 Apr 1998, Seoul (Korea Rep).
Promote mutual understanding and cooperation among communities in the Asia-Pacific region; contribute to the enhancement of occupational safety and health in these communities through the exchange of information and views among competent people including top-level managers of member organizations.
