1997, within C-XC0376 - Commonwealth Secretariat, in collaboration with U-XE1139 - United Nations Commission on Human Settlements (UNCHS). Dissolved prior to 2014.
Aims
Act as a forum for the high-level exchange of views and experiences in planning the sustainable development of villages, towns and cities; coordinate the Commonwealth's contribution towards implementing the UN Habitat Agenda on human settlements as well as attaining the Commonwealth's own goal.
