The UIA is a leading provider of information about international non-profit organizations. The aim of the Open Yearbook is to promote the activities of international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) and intergovernmental organizations (IGOs).

May 1967, Barcelona (Spain), by amalgamation of H-XH0108 - International Federation of Fabric Printers, set up in 1947, and H-XH0111 - Association internationale de la teinture textile (AITT), formed in May 1952, Paris (France). Registered in accordance with French law. Ceased to exist 1998, when functions taken over by H-XE1785 - CRIET.


Facilitate the regular exchange, by personal contacts among members, of ideas and experience on all questions of general interest to textile dyeing and printing including the representation of the industry at meetings bearing on international economic activity.
