Founded 16 Jun 1991, Bologna (Italy), as European Network of Cultural and Artistic Centres for Children and Young People (EUNETART) -- Réseau européen de centres culturels et artistiques pour les enfants et la jeunesse, under the auspices of D-XD0435 - Council of Europe (CE) and F-XF0704 - European Cultural Foundation (ECF). Subsequently changed to: EU-NET-ART for Children -- EU-NET-ART pour les enfants. As of 2016, assumed ceased to exist.
Create opportunities and encourage children and young people to experience art; promote art events; facilitate the exchange of ideas and experiences between people in Europe working for children and young people; stimulate cooperation and exchange across art disciplines.
