Aims
Define and introduce an action programme for assistance and advice in the legislative and regulatory field for the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, in the context of restructuring their telecommunications sector; contribute to completion and realization of programmes for training and transfer of expertise for these countries, so as to help them introduce adequate legislative and regulatory reforms in the postal sector.
