History
1978, within the framework of D-XD4238 - Nordic Council of Ministers (NCM). Previously a permanent organ of Nordic Committee of Senior Officials for Regional Policy (EK-R / NÄRP / NERP).
Aims
Promote tangible cooperation in the Nordic archipelagos (Finland, Sweden and Åland), focusing on living conditions of the resident population and demand for recreational facilities from the surrounding conurbations; maintain sustainable development and strengthen economic and social vital conditions for residents.
