Implements activities of the previous H-XF8385 - Nordic Youth Foundation (NYF). Originally referred to in English as Nordic Youth Committee. Current regulations adopted by NMR in 1996. Also referred to as Nordic Youth Cooperation Committee -- Kommittén för Nordiskt Ungdomssamarbete.
Secure distribution of grants to youth organizations and free groups of young people in the Nordic countries (that work in the youth field, funding also being given to specific projects).
