1976, Rome (Italy), as a continuation of Russell Tribunal II on Latin America 1973-1976, subsequently Permanent Peoples' Tribunal (PPT), together with Lelio and Lisli Basso Foundation - International Section. Also referred to League for the Rights of Peoples - Ligue pour les droits des peuples - Liga por los Derechos de los Pueblos - Lega per i Diritti dei Popoli. Dissolved, 29 Mar 2008.

Aims

Fight for the right of peoples to be able to determine their own future, against all form of subjection, domination; defend the fundamental principles contained in the Universal Declaration of the Rights of the Peoples, proclaimed in Algiers (Algeria), 4 July 1976.
