Promote the rights of children in Africa; give children in difficult situations equal opportunities in life by mobilizing resources necessary to satisfy their basic needs and providing them with a secure and stimulating environment; promote, monitor and evaluate application of children's rights such as recognized by the United Nations convention; encourage a response to conscience and create a common platform on questions of children's and human rights in Africa.
