1978, Bellagio (Italy), as a collaborative programme between E-XC4494 - International Centre of Insect Physiology and Ecology (ICIPE) and several African universities.
Provide research training for postgraduate scholars from tropical developing countries, with particular attention to Africa and specializing in arthropod science, a multidisciplinary field, including entomology, ecology, behavioural and chemical ecology, molecular biology and biochemistry, biotechnology and social sciences.
