24 Oct 1949, Brussels (Belgium), as a cooperative company registered in accordance with Belgian law. Ceased to exist 1 Jul 1993, on merger with U-XM1016 - International Company for the Transport by Transcontainers (INTERCONTAINER), to form H-XF2826 - International Company for the Development of Combined Transport and of Controlled-Temperature Transport (Intercontainer-Interfrigo).
