In the field of assessment, guidance, treatment and political strategy concerning sexual aggressors: promote applied research, in particular drawing up validation standards and processes; stimulate and encourage a high level of competence in clinical practice of members; provide precise information for media and authorities; establish and promote a code of ethics; encourage international exchanges among francophone countries and regions so as to share, and enable the public to benefit from, knowledge developed on preventing sexual aggression and to provide a practical and clinical approach to the abuser compatible with human rights; organize and support training activities.
