History
17 May 1990, Wachau (Austria), on signature of the 'Joint Declaration' on the ship 'Prinz Eugen' in the Danube. Procedural Rules of the Working Community of the Danube Regions adopted 14 Oct 1993.
Aims
Promote cooperation among members for the development of the Danube area to serve the interests of its inhabitants and to foster peaceful cooperation in Europe.
