1982
History
1982, when registered in accordance with German law. Legally independent branch, set up 1997, Brussels (Belgium), which was registered in accordance with Belgian law. Also registered in Serbia with office in Bosnia active between 1997-2001. No activities reported since 2013.
Aims
Support civil society in the European Union and neighbouring countries and regions, including Ukraine, Belarus, Caucasus, South Russia, Turkey, Iraq, Mediterranean countries and Middle East (Palestine, Syria, Israel); promote an inclusive and socially just enlarged European Union; promote rule of law, democracy, transparency and freedom of speech, based on internationally agreed fundamental rights.
