1990. Also referred to as Foundation for European Cooperation in Psychiatric Reform and Cultural Integration of Mental Health -- Fondation européenne pour la réforme psychiatrique et l'intégration culturelle en santé mentale. Activities suspended 1993; ceased to exist.

Improve the quality of mental health care in Europe.
