Founded

1975-11-01

History

Established with the signature of a Convention by which an Interim Committee was formed pending ratification of the Convention. Initiated under the programmes of E-XE0506 - European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST), instituted in 1971 by the EEC's European Research Area Committee (ERAC). Centre inaugurated 15 Jun 1979. Statutes registered in 'UNTS 1/14669'.
