Aims

Defend the social integration of handicapped persons, in particular the most severely handicapped, by mobilizing parents and professionals, in a humanistic spirit, without proselytism, around early intervention, schooling, autonomous life and training of main educators.

Activities

Meetings among specialists in such fields as education, psychology, medicine, physiotherapy compare techniques and experience. Organizes: colloquia, seminars and other meetings; bimonthly pedagogical meetings of a working party; sporting events for children from special schools; reciprocal aid between different countries for orientation and placement of children; training periods and meetings for instructors wanting to visit centres. Permanent committee for the training of staff.
