14 Jun 1987, in the framework of H-XB1504 - International Civil Airports Association (ICAA), an ICAA European Community Working Group having been formed in the early 1980s and a permanent ICAA representation to the European Community having been set up in Brussels (Belgium) in Apr 1987. Registered in accordance with Belgian law. Ceased to exist, 1 Jan 1991, when replaced by E-XK0321 - Airports Council International - European Region (ACI EUROPE) within the framework of B-XB0031 - Airports Council International (ACI).
Work with the legislators and with the airports to improve mutual understanding of the key issues and jointly seek practical legislative solutions which benefit the passengers and ensure the development of airport capacity as a key element in the air transport system.
