Look for and promote the best ways to provide assistance to parentless children; exchange and collect all information about fostering and adoption and about any kind of experience relating to these matters; promote and serve the children's needs, as well as the interest of adoption and fostering, to national and international authorities; investigate similar organizations in other countries in order to start any proceeding, included legal proceedings, with the proper authorities on behalf of the European Confederacy.
