In a framework of solidarity with African sport and in particular with African youth: provide instruction to orphans and the physically handicapped which will assist them in becoming part of active society; assist socially maladjusted young people in understanding the value of education and responsibility which will allow them freedom of choice and ability to live up to their potential and at the same time to realize the value and dignity of human work; develop, and put at the disposal of disadvantaged youth, community services which do not discriminate on grounds of religion, race or nationality; sensitize governments, private and religious organizations and individuals to the continent's health, school, agricultural, sporting and leisure requirements; facilitate adoption of orphan children of African origin.
