Develop, serve and support international educational exchange as a means to build understanding and peaceful cooperation between nations; foster academic excellence in international educational exchange and offer personal and professional development opportunities to participants in exchange programmes; contribute to formation of public policy and distribution of information concerning international educational exchange; encourage research to foster support and attract public investment to the field; facilitate international student, youth and budget travel opportunities worldwide.
