1973, as AIT and FIA Joint Committee -- Comité paritaire AIT et FIA, by an agreement between B-XB1386 - Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) and B-XB2636 - Alliance internationale de tourisme (AIT), as successor to H-XH3586 - World Touring and Automobile Organization, set up 23 Nov 1950, itself successor to General Committee of the International Touring Alliance and of the International Automobile Federation -- Comité général de l'Alliance internationale du tourisme et de la Fédération internationale automobile, formed 30 Jun 1947.
