History

Jun 1968, Hamburg (Germany FR), by Tilman Zülch and Klaus Guerke, as Aktion Biafra-Hilfe (Help Biafra), a Federal German national organization. Scope widened and current title adopted in 1970. Transferred to Göttingen (Germany FR) in 1979.

Campaign against genocide and discrimination of threatened ethnic and religious minorities or nationalities worldwide.
