Founded as a health area association of D-XD3357 - Unión de Universidades de América Latina y el Caribe (UDUAL).
Aims
Cooperate in development and progress of affiliated institutions and foster mutual knowledge through interaction; serve as coordinating body for exchange and relationship among these institutions and with other similar institutions; serve as advising and consulting centre; propose measures for coordinating teaching, academic, administrative and research organization; foster exchange of professors, students, researchers and graduates and of publications, studies and teaching and research materials; promote acknowledgement of and respect for university autonomy and respect for human rights and social justice; cooperate in transformation of society to benefit the majority who are still at the margin of odontology.
