Also referred to as Union for Sports, Culture, Tourism International in the Post and Telecommunication Sectors.
Contribute to the physical and intellectual well-being of posts and telecommunications employees by: promoting sporting, tourist and cultural exchanges among these staff; developing reciprocal friendship and understanding between them; communicating information and sharing experience on these matters.
