The Convention was subsequently ratified by the governments of Honduras (17 May 1960), Nicaragua (30 Jun 1960), Guatemala (Guatemala) (8 Jun 1961), El Salvador (14 Sep 1961), Costa Rica (20 Nov 1963). Statutes registered in 'UNTS 1/6022' and ICAO 1597. Belize (Belize) subscribed the document, 1 Oct 1996.
