Aims
Stimulate and boost competitiveness of independent audiovisual industries of smaller countries in the European Community, whether for existing audiovisual programmes, for new initiatives or for production companies or groups introducing beneficial programmes; stimulate independent production as the means of ensuring creative diversity and bringing new talent into the industry; support simultaneous project development, from synopsis to production, taking into account successive stages constituting the economic process.
