Advertising and Sponsorship Opportunities – 14th Round Table Europe

Invitations to the UIA Associations Round Table Europe are sent to over 15,000 international associations with offices in Europe. At the event itself we expect 150 participants, representing over 100 international associations.

Be a part of the UIA Round Table and show associations what you can do.

There are four ways you can be a part of the UIA Associations Round Table Europe. All of them help us make the event affordable for associations.

1. Attend the UIA Associations Round Table Europe and interact with association representatives: simply register on the event website and pay the registration fee.

   • Registration fee for UIA Associate Members
     • early registration € 419 (*) / standard registration € 519 (*)
   • Registration fee for meetings industry representatives who are not UIA Associate Members
     • early registration € 576 (*) / standard registration € 726 (*)

2. Purchase advertising space in the programme book: a half page (**) for € 500, a full page (**) for € 1000 (*).

3. Become a Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum sponsor and be visible before, during and after the event.
