Crowdfunding Specialist for the Union of International Associations (UIA)

The Union of International Associations (UIA), a research institute and documentation center founded in 1907, is seeking a Crowdfunding Specialist to join our team. With over a century of experience in promoting international cooperation and fostering understanding between people and societies, the UIA is at the forefront of documenting and researching international organizations and global challenges.

The UIA is a non-profit, apolitical, independent, and non-governmental organization that has been recognized for its outstanding contributions to global knowledge. Our work includes:
• Maintaining comprehensive databases on international organizations, world problems, and strategies
• Publishing the Yearbook of International Organizations
• Organizing research projects and making information available to a wide range of users

Role Description

As a Crowdfunding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the UIA's mission by:
• Developing and implementing crowdfunding strategies to support UIA's projects and initiatives
• Identifying potential donors and supporters for UIA's work
• Creating compelling campaigns that highlight the importance of UIA's research and documentation efforts
• Managing and optimizing crowdfunding platforms to maximize donations
• Analyzing campaign performance and providing regular reports on fundraising efforts

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in crowdfunding or digital fundraising
• Strong understanding of social media and online marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Passion for international cooperation and global issues

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world while contributing to the UIA's important mission. The role requires a self-motivated individual who can manage their time effectively and deliver results without constant oversight.

Compensation

Remuneration for this position is commission-based, directly tied to the success of your crowdfunding efforts. This structure offers unlimited earning potential for a driven and results-oriented professional.
