Invitations to the UIA Associations Round Table Europe are sent to over 19,000 international associations with offices in Europe. At the event itself we expect 200 participants, representing over 150 international associations.

There are three ways you can be a part of the UIA Associations Round Table Europe. All of them help us make the event affordable for associations.
Attend the UIA Associations Round Table Europe and interact with association representatives: simply register on the event website and pay the registration fee.
- Registration fee for UIA Associate Members
- up to 30 September 2024 € 469 (*) / as of 1 October 2024 € 569 (*)
- Registration fee for meetings industry representatives who are not UIA Associate Members
- up to 30 September 2024 € 616 (*) / as of 1 October 2024 € 776 (*)
- Registration fee for UIA Associate Members
Purchase advertising space in the programme book: a half page (**) for € 500, a full page (**) for € 1000 (*).
Become a Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum sponsor and be visible before, during and after the event.

- Special mention in the invitations
- Honorary mention in the programme book (**)
