Initiated by Rare Disease National Alliances for USA, Canada, Japan, Australia and Russia, and D-XD6342 - EURORDIS - Rare Diseases Europe. Statutes adopted 10 May 2018. Current bylaws adopted 18 May 2020.
Aims
United, expand and reinforce the rare diseases movement of patient organisations and patient advocates; put rare diseases on the agenda of international organizations and multilateral institutions, and on the national agenda of countries worldwide; strengthen rare disease patient groups capacity to act at local, national, regional and global levels and to interact with other rare disease groups.
