4 Oct 2010, Wiesbaden (Germany), when international agreement on the construction of the accelerator facility FAIR was signed by governments of Germany, Finland, France, India, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovenia and Sweden. Part of international agreement is setting up of FAIR GmbH, also set up 2010.
