History
Approved by Father General Arturo Sosa of the Society of Jesus. Recognized as the international advisory and coordination body to the Secretariat of Jesuit Higher Education and, through him, to Father General and his Assistants in matters related to higher education and the intellectual apostolate. Bylaws adopted summer 2018.
Aims
Contribute to the progress of the Society's apostolate of higher education through the application of its decrees and documents; promote collaboration between and among higher education institutions whether they are part of the Society, Jesuit or secular; represent members at international events and collaborate with other institutions with common purpose; expand Jesuit higher education to the marginalized and the poor.
