Originated 2004, Beijing (China), during 2nd F-XM2524 - Global Network for Economics of Learning, Innovation and Competence Building Systems (GLOBELICS). Set up 2011, Buenos Aires (Argentina), during GLOBELICS Conference.

Aims

Facilitate a forum for researchers, policy makers, students, entrepreneurs, and civil society organizations, in which they can share experiences and knowledge acquired through the implementation of public policies, theoretical frameworks and methodology, research results and new approaches to address the main challenges faced by the region; contribute to the global knowledge flow; add to the debate and advancement of knowledge in the area.
