Contribute to hunger eradication and the set up of the human right to food and nutritional security as an essential human right; combine virtual and impressed information to inform NGOs and individuals of Portuguese-speaking third world countries; establish focal organizations in every lusophone country; promote initiatives related to sustainable food security, food and nutrition; increase exchange of ideas and experience and strengthen solidarity among civil society of Portuguese-speaking countries; strengthen communication and cooperation.
