Aims

Promote cooperation and exchange among municipalities, staff working in local government and specialists and researchers in local development and autonomy in Spain and Latin America; foster activities favouring development of local autonomy; encourage active participation of neighbours and citizens in their own interests; protect community interests and activities with respect to national and international bodies; improve education and capabilities of local administration management and civil servants.
