23 Apr 1963, Stresa (Italy). Statutes adopted 22 Nov 1963, Brussels (Belgium). Registered in accordance with Belgian law. Ceased to exist 27 Nov 1991, when merged with H-XE1580 - European Paper Institute (EPI) to form D-XD2872 - Confederation of European Paper Industries (Cepi).

Aims

Study all economic problems of interest to the pulp, paper and board industry, particularly within the EEC, and act as central source of industry statistics; represent the interests of the industry in representations within the EEC and worldwide.
