1972, Yamoussoukro (Côte d'Ivoire), pursuant to provisions of the convention of cooperation regarding control of insurance companies and operations. The constitutive act of Yamoussoukro in 1972 was modified by the Treaty instituting the D-XD4487 - Inter-African Conference on Insurance Markets, signed 10 Jul 1992, Yaoundé (Cameroon), by the Ministers for Finance of Member States. Comes within the framework of CIMA.
Train and improve executives of all levels and specializations for insurance enterprises and control authorities; promote research in the field; offer technical assistance to insurance companies and organisms in the form of missions, consultations and specific studies.
