Original title: European Venture Capital Association - Association européenne de capital à risque. Previously also referred to in French as Association européenne de capital investissement. Subsequently changed title to European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (EVCA) – Association européenne de capital investissement et capital risque. Statutes approved 30 Jul 1984. Current title adopted 1 Oct 2015. Registered in accordance with Belgian law. European Transparency Register: 60975211600-74.
