The UIA is a leading provider of information about international non-profit organizations. The aim of the Open Yearbook is to promote the activities of international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) and intergovernmental organizations (IGOs).

History

1982. Succeeded by Euro Institute, set up 1992, Lyon (France).

Aims

Contribute to the development of the use of the ECU and promote the process of monetary integration in Europe, within the framework of the reconstruction of a more efficient and equal international monetary system.

Organizes: European Monetary Meetings, lectures, debates, symposia and press conferences. Studies: institutional aspect and evolution of the 'International Monetary System'; use of the ECU, its development and potential. Provides vocational training and counselling, in particular through 'ECU Exchange Financing' vocational training unit.
