CMEA has been superseded by H-XD2345 - Organization for International Economic Cooperation (OIEC). No recent activity reported since 1988.
Facilitate more rational utilization of the sea-going tonnage of CMEA member countries and coordinate their policy when chartering the tonnage of capitalist countries.
