1992 Phnom Penh Cambodia


1992, Phnom Penh (Cambodia), taking over from a previous 'Khmer-Soviet Friendship Institute of Technology -- Institut Technique Supérieur de l'Amitié Kméro-Soviétique (ITSAKS)', inaugurated 20 Sep 1964. Cooperation agreement signed by Cambodia and France, 10 Sep 1993. Renovation of the Institute subsequently entrusted to C-XF3420 - Agence universitaire de La Francophonie (AUF). Previously came within the framework of H-XF0647 - Université des réseaux d'expression française (UREF), as an international francophone training and research institute.


As the AUF technology reference centre for French-speaking Southeast Asia, provide higher education in the French language for technicians and engineers.
