10 Dec 1982, Harare (Zimbabwe), as an amendment to the Lusaka (Zambia) Agreement setting up 'Industrial Property Organization for English-Speaking Africa (ESARIPO)', currently D-XD0023 - African Regional Intellectual Property Organization (ARIPO). Original title: Protocol on patents and industrial designs within the framework of ESARIPO. Revised, 1 Jul 1994, to link with T-XT7097 - Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT); and again under revision in the light of T-XT0098 - Patent Law Treaty (PLT). Protocol was amended to incorporate utility model 'Petty Patents', 1999.
