Founded Nov 1922, Toledo OH (USA), as a Service Club to B-XB3453 - World Alliance of Young Men's Christian Associations (YMCA). Original title: International Association of Y's Men's Clubs. Incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (USA), 26 Jan 1927. Re-incorporated under the laws of the State of Illinois (USA), 24 Jul 1964. New International Constitution and Guidelines adopted at International Convention, 1972; ratified at International Convention, 1973; entered into force, 1 Jun 1974; most recently amended 2018. Registered in accordance with Swiss Civil Code, 1995.
Encourage, promote and supervise the organization of Y's Men's Clubs worldwide as they assist their local YMCA in activities, involving community service, youth, YMCA membership service, world outlook and scholarships for prospective YMCA professionals; coordinate, standardize and direct non-local activities of member Y's Men's Clubs.
