Aims
Promote modernization of educational policy planning and management in Latin America through development of innovations, studies and research leading to decision-making; promote conceptual development of educational planning and administration and stimulate implementation of training activities at national and regional levels in support of current broad trends of educational transformation; impulse horizontal technical cooperation between specialists of member institutions.
