Provide translation services required by various decentralized European Union agencies; provide services to EU institutions and bodies which already have translation services, in order to absorb any peaks in their workload; participate in the work of the Interinstitutional Committee for Translation and Interpreting, so as to promote inter-service cooperation on the basis of the principle of subsidiarity and economies of scale in the translation field.
