Halt the spreading of drug addiction in Russia and other states; assist in uniting forces to coordinate activities in the fight against illegal turn of drugs and drug trafficking; research and implement of projects and programs directed to the reduction of drug demand; participate in the establishment of a network of special medical centers for drug addicts and their social rehabilitation.
